Forum on Tax Administration – Supporting the Digitalisation of Developing Country Tax Administrations by CIAT and OECD (2022).
The Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT) and the OECD Forum on Tax Administration (FTA) have the pleasure to invite you to a workshop on supporting the digitalisation of developing country tax administrations in the LAC and Caribbean region. The virtual workshop will take place on Tuesday 5 April 2022, 11:00 am-12:30pm Panama time / 17:00pm-18:30pm (Paris time, GMT+1).
The intended audience for the seminar includes:
· Tax officials from developing country tax administrations that may become or are involved in digitalisation projects;
· Tax officials from tax administrations involved in capacity building related to digitalisation; and
· Representatives from regional and international tax organisations involved in capacity building related to digitalisation.
The background for the workshop is the recently published report Supporting the Digitalisation of Developing Country Tax Administrations.
The agenda will include a panel discussion involving CIAT and tax administrations in the region, and presentations by OECD staff.
