You will find here a dataset on domestic fiscal rules in force in the time period since 1990 across EU countries, covering all types of numerical fiscal rules at all levels of government, as well as indices on the strength and quality of budgetary those rules. The maintained fiscal rules database is updated annually and currently contains the 1990-2018 time series for the fiscal rule index 1990-2018.
