The launch will include presentations of the report’s key findings by high-level representatives from the institutions involved in its production: the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, the Inter-American Centre of Tax Administrations, the Inter-American Development Bank, the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration and the OECD Development Centre. It will also include presentations from countries in the region that have recently undertaken tax reforms as well as remarks by the European Union (EU), which supports Revenue Statistics in Latin America and the Caribbeanthrough the EU Regional Facility for Development in Transition.
Participants will be able to ask questions about the report and about the status and prospects of tax policy and domestic resource mobilisation in Latin America and the Caribbean more broadly.
