The economic consequences of the French wealth tax by Eric Pichet published by Bordeaux Business School (4/2007). “…We will use this empirical data to try and model a theoretical ISF wealth tax by calculating the variance with actual ISF proceeds. Lastly, we will ascertain how much tax flight the ISF wealth tax has caused since 1988, and what it costs the French economy.”
