Welcome! This site has been reorganized as a contribution to the debate of issues and public policy, especially on economy, public finance and fiscal federalism. It is far from being a blog.
The webpage allows acess to my documents (articles, chapters of books, presentations and news) . Unfortunately, the majority are in Portuguese – see the link "Publicações" (Publications) . The documents written in other languages are available on the link English/Español. The site also includes suggestions and works received from collaborators. The indications are archived on the link "Dicas" (Tips) , and documents on the link "Biblioteca Virtual" (Virtual Library) .
The most recent ones are announced in Informative, as these, with special editions for other languages. In each case, you can access the content through the references in the box on the right – allow file download and/or access the internet link.
We ask for comprehension regarding some initial problems in the site design and, the main, the Portuguese dominate the site. Grateful for critics, suggestions and, mostly, keep sending hints. Write to: contato@joserobertoafonso.ecn.br – including for subscriptions to receive the informative.

El sitio permite acceder a mis documentos (artículos, capítulos de libros, presentaciones y noticias) . Lamentablemente, la mayoría son en portugués – véase el enlace "Publicaciones" (Publicaciones) . Los documentos escritos en otros idiomas están disponibles en el enlace Inglés/Español.
El sitio también incluye sugerencias y documentos recibidos de colaboradores. Las indicaciones son archivados en el enlace "Dicas", y documentos en el enlace "Biblioteca Virtual". Los más recientes se anunció en el informativo, como este, con ediciones especiales para otros idiomas. En cada caso, puede acceder al contenido a través de las referencias en recuadro de la derecha – permitir la descarga de archivos y / o acceder a la conexión a internet.
Pedimos comprensión respecto de algunos problemas iniciales en el diseño del sitio y, el peor, lo idoma portugués domina el sitio.
