The Global Initiative for Fiscal Transparency (GIFT) is a multi-stakeholder action network working to advanced and institutionalize global norms and significant, continuous improvements on fiscal transparency, participation, and accountability in countries around the world. The Lead Stewards of GIFT are the Brazil Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, Department of Budget & Management Philippines, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, and International Budget Partnership Innovations for Scaling Impact is the coordinator of GIFT.
