Sovereign Fiscal Responsability Index 2011 by Stanford University and the Comeback America Initiative (CAI). Based in this rankings, four of the top 10 countries are emerging markets or recently developed countries, and virtually every developing country finishes in the top half. In this rankings, Brazil (position 10) appear as one the emerging markets countries better positioned.
