Fernando Cardim and Francisco Pires Souza (IE/UFRJ) reported Financial Regulation and Macreconomic Stability in Brazil in the Aftermath of the Russian Crisis, in website Iniciativa para la Transparencia Financeira (ITF) . They summarize Brazil’s macroeconomic performance between the Russian crisis of 1998 and the oneset of the 2008 recession, associated to the international crisis.
