Norman talked about the pre-salt, its risks, challenges and opportunities for Brasil. While Brazil’s deep water oil resources are a major target in the worldwide search for new reserves, Petrobras may have to move more slowly and cautiously in overcoming limitations in financial, techinical and manpower capacity.
