Economic Policy in Brazil (Paula)

Luiz F. Paula published the paper, Twenty Years of Economic Policy under the Neoliberal Era in Brazil. The objetive is to analysis the evolution the Brazilian economy and the economic policy in 1990-2009 under the enviroment of economic openness and high capital mobility. The analysis starts in the beginning of the 1990, that was the year that economic liberalization began to be implemented in Brazil, and finishes with the contagious of the international financial crisis in 2008-2009.
