Walsh, Chanho Park and Jiangyan Yu, published by IMF. “Thsi paper examines how other countries have managed rapid growth and the need to build supporting infrastructure and attempts to draw some lessons for India. This paper looks first at how infrastructure booms fit within macroeconomic frameworks. In general, however, the results show that country experiences are quite heterogeneous.”
