Companies must continually increase stakeholder knowledge and awareness, provide tools, build malinformation into plans for risk management and antifragility, and participate in ecosystems to counter malinformation.
Governments must continually update laws, regulations and policies, and use behavioral economics (nudges) to incentivize good and punish bad behaviors, including transnational cooperation.
Citizens must understand and accept the malinformation trajectory, seek out tools and education, including at the point of need, and vote for/support malinformation disruption measures”
